I have had approximately 5 – 6 years experience

Administrator. I install security patches on Exchange, check connectors, joined
new servers into the existing Exchange domain and have helped stand up an OWA (Qutlook Web Access) Server. I have stood up the current
help desk, establishing policies and procedures at the Idaho Air National Guard
and have work heavily as a liaison between users and the help desk. I trouble
shoot users problems as well as network problems dealing with Exchange. I have
stood up the existing DMS (Defense Messaging System) system for the Idaho Air
